Eligible Properties:

Simplified Income and Asset Verification:
No need for traditional income verification. Qualification is based on the cash flow generated by the investment property.
Funds for closing must be transferred to a U.S. bank account prior to closing.
Who Can Apply?

Individuals residing and working in a foreign country.
Borrowers from countries participating in the U.S. Visa Waiver Program (VWP) are not required to provide a visa.
Borrowers must provide a valid and unexpired passport, visa, or I-797 form with valid extension dates and I-94.

Asset Documentation:
Source and document funds for the transaction for the most recent 60-day period.
Foreign asset statements must be translated into English and converted to USD.

Properties must not exceed 20 acres.
Ineligible properties include mixed-use, agricultural, and unique properties such as log homes and manufactured housing.
